When contracting the services of Henrico Bail Bonding, you may be asked, or we will solicit as necessary, the following information: name, address, social security number, income, third-party reports such a criminal records, information about past and present employers, insurers, and your previous bonding experience with us or other bonding companies.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personally identifiable information. These measures include extensive training of staff with regards to consumer information confidentiality and procedural safeguards to limit access of your information by employees and Case Closed representatives.
How do we process transactions?
All transaction data including credit card information is completely encrypted and processed through our third party service provider Authourize.net, one of the most trusted names in the payment industry. Authourize.net’s secured server is P.CI. compliant. We do not store credit card information on our server.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We comply with The Children’s Online Protection Privacy Act (COPPA) and do not solicit information from person under the age of 13. Our services are marketed to adults at least 18 years of age.
